How do I use the tool?

To use the tool, log in with your World Vision credentials, navigate through the dashboard to access various data analysis features, and utilize the interactive maps and indices to gain insights into child vulnerability across different regions.

What data is contained in the tool?

 The tool contains a comprehensive set of data including the Multidimensional Child Vulnerability Index (MCVI), sub-indicators of the MCVI at the subnational level, and geocoded events that can be overlaid on the MCVI results for deeper analysis.

Where can I get help using the tool?

For assistance, you can access the help section within the portal, which includes user guides and tutorials. Additionally, you can contact the support team via the provided contact information on the portal.

I’m having trouble logging in

If you’re experiencing login issues, please check if you’re entering the correct World Vision credentials. If the problem persists, reset your password or contact the IT support team for further assistance.

Can I access the tool without a World Vision email address?

Access to the tool is restricted to World Vision staff and authorized partners. If you do not have a World Vision email address but require access, please contact your World Vision representative for further guidance.

I work in a sensitive area – is my data secure?

Yes, data security is a top priority. The portal is designed with robust security measures to ensure that all data, especially in sensitive areas, is protected and accessed only by authorized personnel.
